Job Description Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. This contract position is part-time (2 days per week, flexible scheduling Monday through Friday) and will extend through the remainder of the 2025/2026 school year.In this role, you will serve a caseload of approximately 29 students, mainly elementary (Grades 2–5) with a smaller group of middle school students. The core responsibilities are consultation services aligned with IEPs, developing and updating behavior intervention plans, and partnering with classroom teams to create a positive, productive learning environment.Qualifications & Experience:Active BCBA certification requiredPrevious experience in public schools highly preferredSkilled in supporting students with diverse behavioral needsDemonstrated success implementing evidence-based behavior intervention strategiesStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teamsCompassionate, creative, and adaptable approach to student and staff supportKey Responsibilities:Deliver behavioral consultation and coaching to both staff and studentsDevelop, review, and update Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)Provide ongoing support to classroom teams implementing behavioral strategiesFoster positive working relationships with special education staff and administrationContribute expertise to enhance classroom stability and student engagementEnjoy the flexibility of a part-time schedule while making a genuine difference for students and educators alike.
