The Litigation Attorney will handle all aspects of personal injury cases, including legal research, drafting motions, conducting depositions, managing trial preparation, and representing clients in court. The role entails working collaboratively with a legal team to build strong cases, advocate effectively, and ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.QualificationsProficiency in Law and a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolStrong knowledge of Motions and the ability to draft, file, and argue legal motionsFamiliarity with Courts, including local, state, and federal court proceduresExperience with conducting Trials and developing effective trial strategiesExpertise in Depositions, including organizing, conducting, and assessing outcomesActive bar membership in the state of CaliforniaExcellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skillsPrior experience in personal injury law is a strong advantageAble to thrive under deadlines and fast-paced litigation demandsCandidates must have at least 1–3 years of litigation experience.
