Additional Position Details: FTE: 1.0 | Full Time | 1st Shift - DaysSalary Range: $43.31 - $59.55Shift Differentials:$2.02 extra for working between 3:00pm - 11:00pm$4.50 extra for working between 11:00pm - 7:00am$1.87 extra for working weekendsExternal candidates may be eligible for Relocation Assistance!Position SummaryThe Lab Quality Technical Specialist is responsible for overseeing the laboratory's quality management program across all sections of the clinical laboratory. This role ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards including CLIA, CAP, and applicable state requirements. The Lab Quality Technical Specialist monitors and trends laboratory quality indicators, oversees the laboratory Quality Management Plan, and supports inspection readiness and regulatory documentation. The position also reviews laboratory events and quality concerns, assists with root cause analysis and corrective actions, and works with laboratory leadership to implement process improvements.This individual also collaborates closely with the Section Technical Specialists to ensure quality processes are implemented consistently across departments and to support ongoing quality initiatives and process improvement efforts.
