Information Technology Field Technician
No C2CWe’re looking for a hands-on IT Field Technician to help support day-to-day technology operations across office environments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting technical issues, working directly with users, and keeping systems and devices running smoothly. You’ll provide onsite support for hardware, software, networking, and general IT operations while helping ensure employees have the tools and access they need to stay productive.What You’ll DoProvide onsite support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other office technologyTroubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issuesInstall, configure, and maintain workstations, peripherals, and IT equipmentSupport Wi-Fi, VPN, and basic network connectivity troubleshootingHandle equipment deployments, upgrades, replacements, and device setupAssist with IT asset tracking and inventory managementRespond to help desk tickets and resolve issues in a timely, professional mannerSupport employee onboarding and offboarding, including account and system setupDocument technical issues, resolutions, and support proceduresWhat We’re Looking For2–5 years of IT support or field technician experienceStrong troubleshooting experience with Windows systems and business applicationsExperience supporting hardware installations and peripheral devicesBasic understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNsExperience working with ticketing systems or IT service management toolsStrong communication and customer service skills
