Part time assistant preschool teacher
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Assistant Preschool Teacher to support early childhood education in a nurturing and engaging environment. This role involves assisting lead teachers in implementing curriculum, managing classroom activities, and fostering a positive learning atmosphere for young children.

Duties
Support classroom management and behavior management strategies to create a safe and respectful environment
Engage children in educational activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development
Help with daily routines such as snack time, nap time, and outdoor play
Maintain clean and organized classroom spaces in accordance with safety standards
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster positive relationships
Contribute to documentation of children's progress and assist in assessments related to childhood development milestones
Participate in ongoing professional development related to early childhood education
Experience
Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, private school, or similar settings is preferred
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and families are essential
Familiarity with classroom management strategies and working with diverse groups of children enhances effectiveness in this role
