The responsibilities include fostering a safe and nurturing learning environment, implementing age-appropriate activities, and supporting the educational and developmental needs of young children ranging from six weeks to pre-kindergarten. The role also involves collaborating with other staff members, engaging with families to support holistic child development, and ensuring compliance with educational and safety standards.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required· CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred· Minimum of 6 months of experience in a licensed childcare facility preferredA passion for early education and development with a commitment to excellence in child care services.
