As we continue to expand, we are looking for driven professionals to help shape our next phase of growth.Position SummaryThe Regional Sales Manager, Central Region, is responsible for driving sales performance, profitability, and distribution growth for Kumho Tire’s passenger and light truck (PLT) portfolio across Texas and Louisiana.This high-visibility role serves as the primary point of contact for key dealers, distributors, and retail partners. You will lead territory strategy, execute sales initiatives, and expand market presence while building strong customer relationships and delivering sustainable business results.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for PLT sales and associate dealer programs across the Central Region, including select multi-state key accountsDevelop and execute regional sales plans aligned with corporate objectives, driving volume, mix, profitability, and distribution targetsMonitor sales performance, market share, and program participation; identify gaps and implement corrective actionsGather and communicate competitive market intelligence, including pricing, product trends, and industry dynamicsIdentify and develop new business opportunities to expand distribution and improve sell-in and sell-out performancePartner with dealer sales teams to increase engagement and compliance with Kumho associate programsConduct regular customer visits, ride-alongs, and business reviews to strengthen partnerships and drive resultsSupport and execute tradeshows, customer events, and product launches, ensuring effective follow-up and conversionCollaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, customer service, credit, and finance teams to support customer successWork closely with sales leadership and cross-divisional teams to optimize regional performancePrepare accurate sales forecasts, territory reports, and presentations with actionable insightsEnsure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and brand standardsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)5–7+ years of progressive PLT tire sales experience, preferably in regional or key account rolesProven track record of achieving sales targets and growing territory performanceWillingness to travel 50–75%, including overnight travelSkills & CompetenciesStrong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholdersProven problem-solving and critical thinking abilities in a dynamic market environmentExcellent relationship management and customer engagement skillsStrong organizational and time management capabilities across a multi-state territoryAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsAdvanced analytical skills with experience interpreting sales data, pricing, and product mixProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountabilityKey account management experience preferredWhy Join Kumho Tire USAJoin a global brand that is actively expanding its footprint in the U.S. market.
