Headquartered in Costa Mesa, CA, CaseAdvance is committed to supporting clients during critical times with integrity and care.About the Opportunity: We are looking for a Sales Representative who is self-motivated and possesses the skills necessary to effectively nurture our relationships with personal injury law firms based in Los Angeles and Orange County. Although no prior experience in the legal industry is required, this position requires a minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience. The types of activities we envision as part of this role include:Scheduling appointments with qualified prospectsMeeting with prospective lawyers and case managers on-site to introduce them to our array of financial productsCollaborating with in-house sales manager, outside field reps, and C-Suite execs to help implement new marketing strategiesMaking outbound calls to our house accounts and warm leads from internal marketing listsDocumenting outbound calling and email activities to facilitate internal team strategic planning.Attending industry functions to continue building our brand and expanding recognition beyond our current client baseDeveloping marketing content and overseeing strategy of the company's social media accountsWe are “small but mighty” so the lines between different positions are sometime blurred—we support each other and contribute time and efforts to ad hoc and pre-assigned projects alike.Requirements:High School Diploma or GED. Some college experience is not required but preferred.2-3 years of experience working in professional office environment involving client contact in a comparable position (e.g., as sales or marketing rep).Previous experience working in a law firm of for a legal vendor is a plus.Proficiency with Word typing at 55 WPM and some knowledge of Excel and agility with Canva to design and post marketing materials on social media is desirable. Some experience with Salesforce, Hub Spot, or other CRM platform is a plus but is not required.Reliable transportation is a must for travel to off-site client meetings and industry-specific functions within Los Angeles and Orange County.Salary, Benefits & Perks: The base compensation range for the position is $65,000-$80,000 depending upon educational background and relevant experience. In addition to base salary, the company provides performance-based monthly commissions, medical and dental benefits, and allows new employees to accrue twelve (12) days of PTO annually, up to a maximum of fifteen (15) days. We have paid holidays which are listed in our company handbook. Our office is located in an A-Class office building in South Coast Plaza (Costa Mesa), which is one of the most desirable areas to live, work and shop!Location: This is a hybrid position, typically working 2-3 days per week in the field with customers and attending industry events. Collaboration with our team would occur on-site at our HQ in Costa Mesa (South Coast) 1-2 days per week working both individually and jointly with our in-house team.
