Our clientele appreciates our transparent practices and dependable service.Role Description The Commission Sales Associate is a full-time or part-time hybrid position based in Arcadia, CA, with the flexibility to work remotely. The primary responsibilities include generating sales leads, engaging with potential customers, and providing tailored solutions for their window cleaning needs. You will follow up with leads, schedule services, and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Meeting sales goals and maintaining a professional attitude will be a key part of this role. You will be paid 30% of the sale, which ranges from $75 to $100 per client. You can work at any time and anywhere—either door-to-door sales or reaching out to clients via online. It doesn’t matter how you bring the clients in. You will be paid per client you bring it so you can do whatever and however you want. You may also earn 40%, which ranges from $100 to $120 per client, if you bring in clients consistently. Note: *must be located within LA* - You can live in a different state and apply, as long as you bring in clients who are within Los Angeles. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targetsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and provide exceptional customer serviceAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyProven problem-solving and organizational skillsExperience in sales or a related field is an advantageNo diploma required. We’re a team of high schoolers and college students. Middle school students may also apply. We give an equal chance to every age. All that matters is that you bring in clients.
