What we need is someone who can go out and develop new business from the ground up. An in-house marketing team. A fully integrated internal system. Dropshipping and shipping fulfillment for your clients. Everything you need to sell — we already have it built. About the Compensation * Base: $17.50/hour * Commission: 20% of net profit on every deal you close * Earnings are uncapped — the more you sell and the better the margins you protect, the more you take home * This is a performance-driven structure. Strong performers earn well above base. If you need a guaranteed high salary with no performance expectation, this role is not for you. This Is a Pure Business Development Role You will be building your book of business from scratch. That means: * Cold calling and outbound prospecting every day * Walking into businesses and introducing our product line * Identifying and closing new wholesale accounts * Managing and growing the relationships you build There is no warm lead list handed to you. No existing territory to inherit. You are the engine. We provide the product, the support, and the infrastructure — you go out and sell. Our best salespeople were making calls the same afternoon they started. Some brought back orders within their first three days. That's the standard we're looking for.
