If you are a detail-oriented professional who thrives on solving problems, analyzing data, and driving meaningful business impact, we want to hear from you!What you'll be doing:Enter and correct journal entries for accuracy and timeliness.Assist with audit and budget schedules.Assist with Vendor set upAssist with inventory processing and receivingAssist with Accounts Payable entry as neededAssist with batch reviewService work corrections, inventory and service adjustmentsBank reconciliationsProcess team member expense reports – Expensify and Tech LogsBasic Financial Planning and Analysis, including variance reconciliation, cash projection, budget to actual bridge, and other ad hoc reportingRenew Business Licenses in a timely mannerTrack Fixed Assets and DisposalsHandle Vehicle titles and salesInternal Statement report processingAdditional tasks or projects as assigned.What we're looking for:Bachelor's degree in accounting required.1-3 years of professional accounting experience required.Experience in multi-state or multi-location accounting required.Solid knowledge of accounting principles and general ledger management.Strong communication and organizational skills.Ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Excel skills for complex spreadsheets.What's in it for you?Competitive compensation packageFull Benefits: Medical, Vision, Dental, and more!Paid Time Off401(k) matchingOpportunity to get in with an industry leading organizationTeam-oriented culture
