Corporate Controller - Manufacturing - Lee County, FL

We’re seeking an experienced Corporate Controller to lead global accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls. This role is a key financial leader responsible for ensuring accurate reporting, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving process improvements across domestic and international operations.What You’ll DoLead global accounting operations, monthly close, and financial reportingEnsure compliance with U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and audit requirementsOversee tax compliance, treasury reporting, and ERP/finance systems governancePartner with executive leadership, auditors, and cross-functional teamsProvide technical accounting guidance on revenue recognition, contracts, and business initiativesMentor and develop accounting teams across multiple locationsDrive process improvements and operational efficiencyWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA/MAcc preferred)CPA strongly preferred7+ years of progressive accounting/finance leadership experienceStrong knowledge of GAAP, financial controls, and technical accountingManufacturing and ERP experience preferred (QAD a plus)Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
