Accounting Manager

Role: Accounting Manager (Direct Hire)What You'll DoOversee daily accounting operations and supervise a team of 7–8 staff membersReview and audit accounting work to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAPManage portfolio financials, including reconciliations, reporting, and variance analysisPartner with leadership to provide financial insights and support budgeting/strategy decisionsDevelop and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controlsHandle complex and sensitive financial matters with a high level of ownershipSupport hiring, training, and performance management of accounting staffCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on financial processes and goalsStep in wherever needed—this role requires someone who is hands-on, proactive, and not afraid to roll up their sleevesRequirements5+ years of accounting experienceStrong knowledge of GAAP and accrual accountingSupervisory or team leadership experienceExperience managing financials across multiple entities or portfoliosBachelor's degree preferred (not required)Fund or intercompany accounting experience is a plus
