Your positive attitude and commitment to member satisfaction will help strengthen our credit unions reputation for excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet members warmly and assist with their daily banking needs, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and account inquiriesProcess transactions accurately and in compliance with credit union policies and regulatory requirementsPromote credit union products and services to meet member needs and support business growthPromote in-branch technology and assist members as neededMaintain member confidentiality and adhere to security proceduresResolve member questions or concerns promptly, escalating when necessaryBalance cash drawers and prepare daily reportsQualificationsSupport other branch functions as neededHigh school diploma (or equivalent) and a commitment to ongoing learningBackground in customer service.
