In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our members, delivering outstanding service while handling routine financial transactions accurately and efficiently. Your positive attitude and commitment to member satisfaction will help strengthen our credit union’s reputation for excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet members warmly and assist with their daily banking needs, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and account inquiriesProcess transactions accurately and in compliance with credit union policies and regulatory requirementsPromote credit union products and services to meet member needs and support business growthPromote in-branch technology and assist members as neededMaintain member confidentiality and adhere to security proceduresResolve member questions or concerns promptly, escalating when necessaryBalance cash drawers and prepare daily reportsSupport other branch functions as neededQualificationsHigh school diploma (or equivalent) and a commitment to ongoing learningBackground in customer service. Previous financial experience would be a plusPrevious cash handling or teller experience preferred, but not requiredStrong communication skills, with the ability to connect with members genuinelyDetail-oriented, professional, and tech-savvy – ready to help members with digital servicesProficient with computers and basic software applicationsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationCommitment to providing exceptional member serviceAbility to communicate fluently in Spanish and English, verbally and written, would be a plus!AvailabilityThis position is full-time, 40- hours a week, Monday through Friday.
