We're looking for a talented individual with 2-3 years of experience in AutoCad drafting. Somone who loves design and has a heart to see projects come to life! Residential homes specifically.Responsibilities:- Create detailed drawings using CAD software based on project outline.- Collaborate with engineers and team to understand what the project requires.- Modify and revise designs to correct any errors or issues.- Ensure all drawings adhere to company standards and industry guidlines.- Maintain drawing files and documentation for future possibilites.Skills:- Proficiency in AutoCAD and it would be a benefit to have experience in other design software such as Civil 3D, Revit, MicroStation, or Sketchup.- Strong understanding of residential design principles.- Ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings.- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting work.- Knowledge of drafting standards and best practices.If you are a detail-oriented AutoCAD Drafter with a passion for creating precision based residential drawings, we encourage you to apply!
