This role is responsible for performing mechanical assembly of large components and systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.You will work hands-on with tools, blueprints, and production teams to build and assemble complex air system units while maintaining high quality and safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform mechanical assembly of components and subassembliesRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructionsUse hand and power tools to assemble parts accuratelyTroubleshoot assembly issues and ensure proper functionalityConduct quality checks and final inspections on completed buildsMaintain a clean and organized workspaceFollow safety guidelines and company procedures at all timesCollaborate with team members, engineers, and supervisors to improve processesQualifications2+ years of assembly or manufacturing experience preferredExperience with large part assembly (HVAC, aerospace, construction, cabinetry, automotive, etc.)Ability to read and understand blueprints or technical drawingsComfortable using hand and power toolsStrong attention to detail and quality standardsAbility to work in a fast-paced production environmentWork EnvironmentState-of-the-art, climate-controlled manufacturing facilityTeam-oriented environment with opportunities for growthPhysical work including standing, lifting (up to ~35 lbs), and repetitive motionsWhy Work Here?Opportunity to transition to a permanent positionCompetitive pay and benefits offered upon eligibilityWork with a growing company in the clean energy and HVAC industryCareer advancement and skill development opportunitiesJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mesa, AZ.The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
