This is a high-impact role requiring a highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful professional who can act as a true partner in a fast-paced, operationally intensive environment.The ideal candidate will have experience supporting senior executives in infrastructure, operations, or technical organizations, with a proven ability to manage complex calendars, global travel, cross-functional coordination, and high-stakes interactions with internal and external stakeholders. This role sits at the center of Nscale’s data center strategy and execution, supporting critical initiatives across capacity expansion, operations, and strategic partnerships.The RoleOwn a complex, fast-moving calendar with heavy internal and external stakeholder volume, prioritizing time like a business operator across multiple time zonesAnticipate conflicts, dependencies, and operational priorities—proactively resolving scheduling challenges with minimal guidanceCoordinate domestic and international travel logistics with precision (including site visits, multi-leg itineraries, and last-minute operational changes)Support expense management, budget tracking, and administrative operations for the Office of the President of Data CentersCoordinate logistics for executive meetings, operational reviews, partner discussions, and strategic planning sessionsSupport preparation of executive materials, including operational updates, capacity planning documents, and leadership presentations in partnership with engineering, operations, and finance teamsHandle sensitive and confidential information related to infrastructure strategy, vendor relationships, and expansion plans with utmost discretionAct as a central coordination point for the President’s leadership team, ensuring alignment and efficient communication across data center operations, engineering, and deployment teamsPrepare agendas, take notes, and track action items for recurring operational and strategic meetingsCollaborate with other Executive Assistants to streamline workflows and improve cross-functional coordination across the companySkills And AttributesExceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a high-intensity, operational environmentAbsolute discretion in handling sensitive business, infrastructure, and strategic informationExecutive presence and confidence when interacting with senior leaders, partners, and vendorsStrong written and verbal communication skills; able to draft polished correspondence independentlyProactive problem solver who anticipates operational needs and removes friction before it arisesThrives under pressure, maintaining composure and delivering results under tight timelinesStrong prioritization skills, balancing multiple projects and shifting demands seamlesslyCollaborative team player who builds trusted relationships across technical and business teamsQualifications10+ years of experience supporting senior executives; experience in infrastructure, operations, or technical organizations preferredBackground in technology, data centers, cloud infrastructure, or high-growth environments strongly preferredProven ability to manage complex calendars, global travel logistics, and high-volume stakeholder coordinationAdvanced proficiency in Google Workspace; comfortable with Slack, Teams, and other collaboration toolsOutstanding attention to detail and a high degree of personal accountabilityInclusive WorkplaceAt Nscale, we are committed to fostering an inclusive, diverse, and equitable workplace. Actual compensation may vary based on job-related factors such as skill set, experience, education, and location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for bonus, equity, and/or commission programs.
