Personal Care Aide/ Home Health Aide- PRN (As Needed)

We are currently seeking Personal Care Assistants (PCAs)/ Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team in PRN positions. As a member of our caregiving team, you will have the opportunity to provide compassionate, person-centered care to aging adults in a home or residential setting. Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required Previous experience in home health care, assisted living, or a similar caregiving role preferred Ability to provide person-centered care based on each client's needs Experience supporting older adults preferred Positive attitude and a strong commitment to providing compassionate care Must be flexible and able to work as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Responsibilities Provide personal care to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort Support clients with daily activities and follow the Plan of Care Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with medication reminders and light daily support tasks as needed Monitor clients and report any changes in condition Maintain client privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times Document care provided according to company guidelines Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
