The Home Health Aide will assist patients with daily activities of living, provide personal care, and ensure patient well-being. Responsibilities include supporting clients with meal preparation, hygiene tasks, mobility assistance, and providing companionship. The Home Health Aide will also communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the healthcare team to maintain a high standard of care.QualificationsExperience in Home Care and assisting with Activities of Daily Living (e.g., bathing, feeding, grooming, and mobility support)Strong Communication skills for effectively interacting with clients, families, and team membersProficient in providing Patient Care and Personal Care with empathy and attention to individual needsAbility to manage time effectively and adapt to dynamic care needsCertified Home Health Aide (HHA) certification or equivalent (preferred)Previous experience in healthcare or home care settings is a plusCPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
