As an Operations Assistant – Acknowledgements Department, you will support daily workflow operations by assisting leadership with production coordination, training support, inventory management, and maintaining client-specific processing standards. Check out www.WeAreMoore.com for more information.Your Impact:Maintain and organize inventory for Acknowledgements suppliesSupport training efforts by assisting with updates to training guides and documentationMaintain and update client rule books to ensure accessibility and accuracy for team membersProvide clear and accurate responses to team member questionsUtilize available tools and resources to resolve workflow and production questionsHelp ensure weekly client production schedules are completed in priority orderCommunicate scheduling risks or completion concerns to leadershipNotify management of material or supply-related issuesSupport continuous process improvement initiativesTroubleshoot production equipment including inserters, stampers, meters, and foldersAssist with coordinating communication between team members and leadershipSupport team performance and workflow consistency across Acknowledgements and Fulfillment processesMaintain consistent attendance and availability according to scheduled work timesWork overtime as needed based on production volumeNavigate between departments (100–600 ft) approximately 10% of the timeRemain on the production floor approximately 90% of the timeLift up to 50 lbs as neededOperate pallet jacks and assist with material movement as requiredPerform additional duties as assignedYour Profile:Strong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailCustomer service mindset with the ability to support team members effectivelyAbility to multitask and prioritize in a production environmentDependable and consistentStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentAdaptable and flexibleAbility to retain and apply workflow processes across multiple production tasksHigh School Diploma or GED preferred but not requiredProduction environment experience preferred but not requiredHow We’ll Support You:Join the largest marketing and fundraising company in North America serving the nonprofit industry where we prioritize innovation and professional growth.
