If you're looking for a change and want the freedom to build a team, shape strategy, and deliver impactful projects, this is the role for you.Position ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and execution of strategic plans for the Florida transportation practiceBuild and maintain strong relationships with FDOT and local municipalitiesRepresent C&S in Florida's transportation circlesOversee transportation projects from concept to completionEnsure quality, budget, and schedule alignment across all phasesMentor and grow a high-performing team of engineers and plannersCollaborate with other C&S disciplines to deliver integrated solutionsStay current with industry trends, regulations, and technologiesSkills/Education/ExperienceBachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related fieldProfessional Engineer (PE) license in FloridaMinimum of 10 years of experience in transportation engineeringStrong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skillsDeep knowledge of FDOT policies, procedures, and project delivery methodsA reputation that inspires confidence and trust in the Florida transportation communityEstimated Compensation Range and Benefits$120,640 - $151,840/year**Actual compensation may vary based on related work experience, geographical location and market conditions, education/training, certifications, and other credentials, as well as applicable knowledge and skills.Learn about our comprehensive Benefits
