Desktop Support Technician
*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. *Responsibilities* - Install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems - Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals - Respond to IT support tickets and resolve issues in a timely manner - Configure and deploy operating systems and software applications - Collaborate with network administrators to ensure efficient operation of the company's IT environment *Skills* - Proficiency in Linux and Windows Server operating systems - Strong knowledge of computer management and software troubleshooting - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively - Understanding of TCP/IP networking protocols - Experience in network administration and desktop support - Familiarity with SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) is a plus

Pay: $21.91 - $25.00 per hour
