This role involves representing injured individuals in personal injury claims and advocating aggressively to secure favorable outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters from pre-litigation through trialConduct client consultations and case evaluationsDraft and file pleadings, motions, and discoveryHandle depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court appearancesNegotiate settlements with insurance carriers and defense counselDevelop case strategy, including liability and damages analysisWork closely with medical providers, experts, and investigatorsMaintain consistent communication with clients regarding case statusEnsure all deadlines and compliance requirements are metQualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law schoolActive license to practice law in New York1-3+ years of experience in plaintiff personal injury lawStrong litigation and negotiation skillsExperience handling depositions, mediations, and court appearancesAbility to manage a high-volume caseload independentlyExcellent written and verbal communication skills
