Role Description We are seeking a full-time Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our team on-site at our Manhattan, NY office. The role involves managing a caseload of personal injury cases, drafting legal documents, conducting depositions, and representing clients in trials and hearings. Additional responsibilities include legal research, negotiating settlements, and collaborating with the legal team to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients. Qualifications Strong legal knowledge in personal injury law, trial preparation, and litigation strategiesProficiency in legal research, drafting legal documents, and reviewing contractsSkilled in client communication, negotiation, and conflict resolutionExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish is highly beneficialJuris Doctor degree and valid license to practice law in New YorkAbility to work effectively under pressure, manage deadlines, and handle multiple casesDemonstrated commitment to upholding ethical standards and delivering compassionate client servicePrior experience in personal injury litigation or a related legal field is a plus
