What You'll OwnMonthly close, journal entries, and GL reconciliations across multiple entitiesJob cost analysis including labor burden, overhead allocation, and project profitabilityIn-house payroll processing and multi-state payroll tax filingsAudit prep, year-end tax schedules, and sales and use tax supportFixed asset maintenance and internal financial reportingProcess improvement identification and workflow documentationProfile3+ years of accounting experience, corporate or public accountingJob cost or construction/project-based accounting is a strong differentiatorTech-savvy with a process improvement mindsetStrong communicator comfortable working with field operations teamsFully on-site five days a week with flexibility and fantastic work life balance.
