Role OverviewThis position involves assisting with dietary functions in a senior living community, including serving meals, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting kitchen operations.Key ResponsibilitiesServe meals and set dining tables for residents.Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas, including equipment and surfaces.Bus tables, send dishes through dishwashing, wash pots and pans, and put away clean dishes.Sweep and mop kitchen floors, dispose of garbage, and perform other assigned duties.Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.Qualifications & SkillsHigh School Diploma or GED required.ServSafe certification preferred if required.No prior experience necessary; 1+ years in dining services is a plus.Exceptional customer service skills.Additional DetailsThis is a part-time role with weekday and weekend shifts, focused on supporting dietary operations in a supportive, nurturing environment.
