Join our team and make an impact that lasts.As an Education Director at Spire School, you will lead a mission-driven team dedicated to helping students with complex learning, emotional, and behavioral needs thrive academically and personally. This role blends instructional leadership, special education oversight, family partnership, and program development to ensure every student receives high-quality, individualized support in a safe and compassionate environment.You will play a key role in shaping school culture, strengthening staff development, and maintaining compliance with Connecticut special education regulations and APSEP standards.
