Come be a part of the revolution!About the Role: Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical NurseAs an RN/LPN, you'll play a key role in supporting the health, happiness, and daily experience of the residents at Fieldstone of DeWitt.As a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, you will:Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' health conditions, including vital signs, and develop individualized care plans.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate documentation and monitoring for side effects.Provide direct nursing care, such as wound care, IV therapy, and catheter management.Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate and optimize resident care, including communicating with physicians and families.Supervise and support CNAs and other healthcare staff, providing guidance and training as needed.Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for residents.Offer emotional support and education to residents and their families, promoting overall well-being and understanding of care plans.Open Shifts Available:1st Shift (6:00am-6:00pm) Full-Time (12hr shifts)Qualifications:Compassionate, dependable, and motivated to serve othersStrong communication and teamwork abilitiesState of Iowa RN or LPN LicenseWhat We OfferWe know a great career is about more than just a paycheck it's about belonging, growth, and making a difference.
