This role is with one of our valued clients and offers both stability and growth potential.Position OverviewThe Registered Nurse (RN) will deliver high-quality home health care within a defined local territory (approximately a 30-minute radius). This role focuses on patient-centered care, clinical excellence, and independence in the field.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide skilled nursing care to patients in their homesPerform assessments, develop care plans, and monitor patient progressEducate patients and families on care plans and health managementCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomesMaintain accurate and timely documentationRequired QualificationsAssociate Degree in Nursing (or higher)Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of MichiganMinimum of 1 year of RN experienceAHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certificationAHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certificationValid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insuranceWillingness to travel within assigned territoryPreferred QualificationsHome Health experience strongly preferredClean nursing licenseExperience with adult patient populations (non-pediatric focused)What We’re Looking ForStrong clinical judgment and independenceExcellent communication and patient engagement skillsAbility to manage time and workload effectively in a field-based roleA compassionate, patient-first mindsetInterview ProcessPreliminary role overview and virtual meeting with Gervino GroupPhone Screen with Client’s HRIn-Person Interview with Hiring ManagerTypical turnaround: 1–2 weeks depending on availabilityPowered by JazzHR
