You'll need to stay flexible, prioritize well, and help keep financial operations running smoothly across all locations.Responsibilities:Oversee full-cycle accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliationsLead month-end and year-end close processesManage financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timelinessAssist with the development and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs)Oversee or support inventory and cost accounting for multiple restaurant locationsProvide cash flow analysis and forecasting support to leadershipCollaborate with leadership and upper management.Work closely with the external consultant to ensure alignment of financial controls and policiesOversee payroll staff and coordinate with the HR Department when necessary.Prepare for external audits and assist with interim requestsConduct internal audit when deemed necessary by the job incumbent and CFO.Handle multi-entity and multi-location accountingOther duties as assigned by the CFOQualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related fieldExperience in the restaurant or hospitality industryMust be able to handle fast-paced, high interaction volume environmentKnowledge of Odoo ERP or similar systemsCPA license or actively pursuingBi-lingual in Chinese dialect and English, but not requiredBe our partners and enjoy these with us: Medical insurance, vision insurance, and dental insurancePaid Time Off (PTO*)Holiday Pay (10 paid holiday days)401k retirement plan based on full-time work statusEmployee Discount ProgramsOpportunities for growth and career advancementPay Range: $120,000 - $160,000 Powered by JazzHRZfuCU1zpKz
