Process Engineer
Overview
In this role, you will help stabilize and optimize manufacturing processes essential to Alkegen’s specialty materials. You’ll work on cross-functional process improvements that impact yield, scrap, and efficiency, partnering with operators, maintenance, and quality teams. You’ll lead data-driven problem solving to address deviations and ensure robust, standardized processes. This position offers hands-on influence on daily production and long-term process improvements in a mission-driven, innovation-led environment.
