Join us to contribute to impactful projects and grow your career in the construction industry.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and dependable Site Superintendent to oversee day-to-day construction operations on active job sites. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to coordinate subcontractors and schedules, and experience working in union environments. This position plays a critical role in ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily field operations for commercial and/or residential construction projectsCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, and workforce schedulingEnsure projects are completed according to plans, specifications, budgets, and timelinesRead and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specificationsMaintain job site safety and enforce OSHA and company safety standardsCommunicate effectively with project managers, inspectors, architects, and clientsTrack progress and report updates to managementResolve field issues and maintain quality control throughout the project lifecycleManage inspections and ensure code complianceRequirementsPrevious experience as a Construction Site Superintendent or similar supervisory roleExperience working with union labor and union job sites requiredStrong ability to read and interpret blueprintsKnowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and site coordinationFamiliarity with OSHA safety regulations and job site safety proceduresStrong organizational, communication, and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple trades and maintain project timelinesValid driver’s license and reliable transportationPreferred QualificationsExperience in commercial construction preferredOSHA 30 Certification is a plusProficiency with construction management software is a plusCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary up to $80,000Paid time offHealth benefits availableOpportunity for growth within the company
