Inside Sales Representative – Join the Painters USA Team!Location: Onsite Job Type: Full-Time, Non-ExemptCompensation: $19-$20 + 1.5% commission on closed sales + $50 per set appointmentCall-In & Appointment Setting Incentives $10 per Call-In Appointment for hourly plus Commission $35.00 per Meet & Greet 5 or more appointments set and met in one week = $50 bonusAbout The RolePainters USA is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to help drive our business growth! As the first point of contact for potential clients, you’ll play a critical role in generating and qualifying leads, setting appointments, and helping fuel our Outside Sales team’s success.This is a fast-paced, goal-driven role where your energy, communication skills, and persistence will directly contribute to our company’s growth.What You’ll DoConduct 100+ daily outbound touchpoints (calls, emails, LinkedIn InMail, texts).Generate 3.5+ qualified appointments per week for our Outside Sales team.Build relationships with prospects and showcase Painters USA’s value.Manage and update leads in Salesforce CRM with accuracy.Respond promptly to inbound leads and inquiries.Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales for smooth lead handoffs.Nurture client relationships until they’re ready to convert.Basic QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For1+ year of inside sales, telemarketing, or appointment-setting experience.Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone presence.Ability to handle high-volume outreach with quality conversations.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and sales engagement tools.Preferred QualificationsExperience in B2B industries such as manufacturing, food processing, or commercial services.Familiarity with Salesforce and Salesloft.Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting targets.Positive, team-oriented, and able to work independently.Why Join Painters USA?Competitive hourly pay + commission + appointment bonuses.Growth-oriented environment with training and support.Collaborative, team-driven culture.Equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.Physical & Safety RequirementsAbility to sit for extended periods and work on a computer/phone.Follow company safety guidelines and participate in safety training.If you’re a motivated communicator ready to grow your sales career and help clients connect with our top-quality services, we want to hear from you!Apply today and be part of a winning team.
