Must Have * High school diploma or equivalent * Valid California driver's license * Current auto insurance in your name * Reliable transportation to travel between client locations * Ability to maintain a consistent schedule for at least 6 months About the Role As a Behavior Technician, you'll work one-on-one with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), helping develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills through *Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)*. This is an active, hands-on position in homes, schools, clinics, and community settings. You'll use play, movement, learning activities, and skill-building exercises while working alongside a supportive clinical team.
