This role reports to the Manager of Customer Insights and works closely with the E-commerce Manager to improve search visibility, capture customer demand, and strengthen the organization’s search and discovery capabilities. The position combines hands-on campaign management in partnership with our Paid vendor, SEO implementation, and performance analysis while monitoring website health and identifying technical issues that impact search performance. The role partners with technical teams to implement improvements that enhance search visibility, site performance, and readiness for evolving AI-driven search results and discovery experiences.Essential Functions And ResponsibilitiesPaid Search Execution in partnership with external vendor:Supports the day-to-day oversight and optimization of paid search campaigns managed through external partners across platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.Monitors campaign performance and identifies opportunities to improve spend efficiency, keyword strategy, impression share, and overall ad effectiveness.Conducts keyword and search query analysis and provides recommendations for campaign expansion, audience targeting, and negative keywords opportunities.Partners with the paid media vendor to recommend, prioritize, and support testing initiatives including ad copy, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and landing page improvements.Ensures paid search strategies align with ecommerce priorities, seasonal campaigns, and product visibility goals.SEO Optimization & Search VisibilityConducts keyword research to identify opportunities to improve organic search visibility.Assists in optimizing on-page elements including metadata, page content, internal linking structures, and category/page taxonomy.Monitors website search performance using tools such as Google Search Console and SEO platforms.Identifies opportunities to improve category, product, and content page visibility in search results.Monitors website performance and technical factors that may impact search visibility.Partners with ecommerce and technical teams to implement SEO best practices and site improvements that support evolving search result formats, including AI-driven search experiences.Reporting & Performance InsightsMaintains dashboards and reporting that track key paid and organic search performance metrics.Analyzes performance trends across SEM and SEO to identify optimization opportunities.Supports regular reporting on traffic, conversions, search visibility, and campaign efficiency.Provides actionable insights that improve search-driven traffic, customer acquisition, and ecommerce performance.Cross-Team CollaborationPartners with Analytics and Paid Media teams to evaluate paid search performance and optimization opportunities.Works closely with Ecommerce teams to improve product and category page discoverability.Collaborates with technical and development teams to prioritize SEO improvements and resolve issues impacting search visibility.Contributes insights that inform broader digital marketing, customer acquisition, and search strategy initiatives.Other Duties And ResponsibilitiesTrained and responds to Code calls as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Must be comfortable working in a general office environment.Occasional standing, walking, bending, and stooping may be required.Must be able to lift and move up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 25 pounds occasionally.Must comply with all company safety policies and procedures.Should demonstrate a strong commitment to providing excellent service to both internal and external customers.Education And Other Specialized SkillsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience working with digital marketing and search platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Search Console.Experience using web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics (GA4) to evaluate search-driven traffic and performance.Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, or BrightEdge for keyword research and site analysis.Experience working with reporting and dashboard tools such as Tableau and Power BI.Understanding of website structure, on-page SEO elements, and technical factors that impact search performance (e.g., metadata, indexing, internal linking).Familiarity with ecommerce website environments and product/category page optimization.Awareness of evolving search trends, including changes in search result formats and AI-driven search
