This role will be tasked with building, deploying, and overseeing a comprehensive, year-round ticket sales strategy for Elon Athletics, while recruiting, developing, coaching, and overseeing one Ticketing Staff member.Ticket Sales Responsibilities:Direct oversight of ticket sales strategy and execution for all ticketed Elon Athletic eventsImplement and exceed all team ticket sales revenue goalsDevelop comprehensive sales campaign in the areas of new season tickets, group sales and retentionRecruit, Train & Develop sales staff to meet and exceed ticket sales goals,Meet and work collaboratively with senior administration within the athletics departmentOversee and deploy digital marketing strategies to increase sales and lead generationWork with Athletics Department senior staff to determine ticket pricing, benefits, and programmingWork in the assigned, on campus locationTicket Operations Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of ticket operations strategy and execution for athleticsHire, train, and manage all gameday box office staff for all ticketed sportsInitiate and execute ticket system builds within ticket systemGenerate reports and accurately track overall ticketing revenue pace towards goalsManage inventory across all ticketed eventsProvide scheduling, leadership, and direction to gameday box office teamWork in the assigned, on campus location daily as well as go on in person meetings out in the communityWork effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment to produce accurate resultsMaintain a positive working relationship with all internal & external units of the department and University to ensure a positive event experience for customersMust be able to work evenings/weekends, as required.
