For this role, the pay range is $20.00-25.00 per hour, with individual compensation determined by your unique skills, experience level, and other relevant factorsSchedule: Enjoy a 4-day work week, 10-hours a day (Monday-Thursday Between 6:00am and 6:00pm).Additional hours may be required during busier timesWhat You Will be Doing:Performs entry-level tasks to support the development and implementation of optimal, cost-effective manufacturing systems in accordance with product specifications and quality standards. Recommends and implements improvements to production processes, methods, and controls.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Support manufacturing engineering on active projectsDevelop and revise CAD drawings, including flat patterns, fixtures, jigs, and weldmentsUpdating building layout in AUTOCAD in line with new production linesCreate and maintain fixtures and jigs to support production line efficiency and qualityIdentify and mitigate high-risk equipment and tooling issues through repair or replacement strategiesDesign, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes, production flow, and assembly methodsPrepare and maintain facility and equipment layouts for efficient workflowPerform cost, quality, and efficiency analysis for products and processesWrite and implement work instructions and procedures for machine setups, preventative maintenance, and troubleshootingEvaluate and improve new product designs for manufacturability and efficiencyAddress ergonomic and efficiency improvements in production processesTroubleshoot and resolve equipment or tooling issues with cost-effective solutionsOther duties as assigned including training others on known processesWhat You Will Bring:Required:Enrolled in a 2-year or 4-year college pursuing an Engineering or similar degreeExperienced in 3D CAD modeling softwareProficiency in reading and writing in EnglishHighly organized, self-motivated and can work independentlyMust be highly self-motivated, work with minimal supervision and be able to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal and leadership skills as well as excellent communication skills (both written and oral) with ability to manage multiple priorities.Preferred:Experienced with SolidworksExperienced with ERP systemsWhere and How You Will WorkOn-site Engagement and Collaboration:This role works on-site in Bloomington, MN, where your direct contributions will make a real impact.
