Title: Technical Project Manager – Data Integration / Cross System Data ExchangeLocation: Torrance, CA - (Hybrid) - Local Candidates Only Duration: 6+MonthsType : Contract -W2 Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex technology initiatives focused on enterprise data integration, system interoperability, and data management. This role will drive cross-functional programs that enable the secure exchange, transformation, and synchronization of data across multiple internal and external platforms.The successful candidate will demonstrate:A proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional technology projects involving high-volume data movement and integration.Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across technical and business teams.Excellence in project planning, execution, risk management, and dependency management.Ability to translate business needs into executable delivery roadmaps and measurable outcomes.Strong communication skills with experience presenting project status, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership.Commitment to delivering scalable, secure, compliant, and business-aligned technology solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology projects involving data integration, interoperability, data migration, and exchange of information across multiple systems and platforms.Manage project planning, execution, monitoring, risk mitigation, and successful deployment of technical solutions.Coordinate cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, solution architects, software developers, data engineers, security teams, infrastructure teams, and third-party vendors.Translate business requirements into actionable project plans, ensuring alignment with technical, regulatory, and operational objectives.Oversee implementation activities related to customer data movement, consent synchronization, privacy automation, data ingestion, outbound integrations, and enterprise data-sharing solutions.Manage project dependencies across various applications, platforms, and external partners involved in data exchange initiatives.Facilitate project governance, stakeholder communication, status reporting, issue resolution, and executive-level updates.Ensure adherence to data governance, privacy, cybersecurity, compliance, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.Drive solution delivery while maintaining quality, scope, timelines, and budget objectives.Support organizational change management and transition activities associated with technology implementations.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.Minimum 10+ years of project management experience within technology, data, digital platform, or enterprise application environments.Proven experience managing enterprise-wide initiatives involving:System integrations and interoperabilityData exchange and data transfer solutionsETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processesData migration and transformation projectsEnterprise data management programsDemonstrated success leading projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders.Experience managing projects using Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies.Strong expertise utilizing Jira for project management, backlog tracking, sprint planning, and reporting.Experience with project tracking and reporting tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Clarity PPM, or similar platforms.Agile & Scrum LeadershipStrong understanding of Agile delivery principles and Scrum framework.Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Ensure requirements, technical dependencies, and design considerations are visible, prioritized, and aligned with sprint and release objectives.Partner with Product Owners, Architects, and Delivery Teams to support continuous delivery and value realization.Preferred QualificationsPMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or equivalent project management certification.Experience working within highly regulated industries such as healthcare, financial services, insurance, telecommunications, or public sector environments.Knowledge of enterprise integration technologies, APIs, data pipelines, middleware platforms, and cloud-based integration solutions.Familiarity with data governance, privacy frameworks, and information security best practices.Thanks & Regards,Suchitra GopiLead Talent Acquisition ManageriSpace, Inc.Office: 310-929-2210suchitra.gopi@ispace.com
