This is an on-site role where you’ll work across the frontend and backend to build scalable web applications that directly impact our platform and users.You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, product, and leadership to design, develop, test, and improve software that is reliable, performant, and easy to use. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys owning features end to end, solving technical problems, and moving quickly in a high-accountability environment.What You’ll Do• Build, maintain, and improve full stack web applications• Develop responsive, user-friendly frontend experiences• Design and implement backend services and business logic• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship new features and enhancements• Troubleshoot bugs, optimize performance, and improve system reliability• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code• Participate in testing, code reviews, and continuous improvement of engineering practicesWhat You Should Know• JavaScript and TypeScript• React or similar modern frontend frameworks• Node.js and backend application development• HTML, CSS, and responsive UI design• Git and GitHub workflows• API development and integration• Modern software development best practicesNice to Have• Experience working in fintech, mortgage, or financial services• Experience with scalable CRM or workflow-based platforms• Familiarity with monorepo environments• Experience with typed API patterns such as tRPC• Experience deploying and maintaining production applicationsWhat We’re Looking For• Strong full stack development experience• Ability to build, test, and deploy production-ready applications• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills• Good communication and collaboration skills• A self-starter who takes ownership and moves with urgency• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experienceWhy Join GeniusYou’ll be part of a team building meaningful technology in an industry that is ready for transformation.
