Logistics Coordinator

We're hiring a Logistics Coordinator to support daily shipping and warehouse operations for a growing team in Nazareth.**Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM**Pay:** $18/hour, weekly pay**What you'll be doing:**+ Receive incoming materials and verify against purchase orders+ Prepare daily shipping and packaging documentation with a focus on accuracy and timeliness+ Review pick sheets and pull products based on customer orders+ Perform cycle counts and track inventory levels+ Move materials between docks, storage, and production areas+ Inspect incoming shipments, report discrepancies, and reject damaged goods+ Maintain accurate data in ERP systems (QuickBooks, Oracle) and shipping software+ Communicate daily with Customer Service and Project Management teams+ Coordinate with freight carriers to support on-time deliveries+ Support continuous improvement efforts including root cause and corrective actions+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment**What we're looking for:**+ Experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, or warehouse coordination+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills+ Comfortable working with ERP systems and shipping software+ Ability to stay on your feet and manage multiple tasks throughout the day+ Team-oriented with strong communication skills**Why this role stands out:**+ Steady weekday schedule+ Hands-on role with a mix of logistics and coordination+ Opportunity to grow with a team focused on efficiency and qualityIf you're ready to step into a role where accuracy, organization, and teamwork matter, apply today.**Pay Details:** $18.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
