Logistics Coordinator

We're hiring a Logistics Coordinator to support daily shipping and warehouse operations for a growing team in Nazareth.Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PMPay: $17.50/hour, weekly payWhat you'll be doing:Receive incoming materials and verify against purchase ordersPrepare daily shipping and packaging documentation with a focus on accuracy and timelinessReview pick sheets and pull products based on customer ordersPerform cycle counts and track inventory levelsMove materials between docks, storage, and production areasInspect incoming shipments, report discrepancies, and reject damaged goodsMaintain accurate data in ERP systems (QuickBooks, Oracle) and shipping softwareCommunicate daily with Customer Service and Project Management teamsCoordinate with freight carriers to support on-time deliveriesSupport continuous improvement efforts including root cause and corrective actionsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environmentWhat we're looking for:Experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, or warehouse coordinationStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsComfortable working with ERP systems and shipping softwareAbility to stay on your feet and manage multiple tasks throughout the dayTeam-oriented with strong communication skills Why this role stands out:Steady weekday scheduleHands-on role with a mix of logistics and coordinationOpportunity to grow with a team focused on efficiency and quality If you're ready to step into a role where accuracy, organization, and teamwork matter, apply today.
