Physical Therapist Location: Charlotte, NC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,359 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/30/2026 About the Position Job Title: Physical Therapist Assistant Profession: Allied Specialty: Rehab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12hr Day Shift Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum of 1 year of Home Health experience required License: NC State License Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Homecare Homebase experience is required Description: Manager needs a candidate that can start ASAP. This position involves Home Health care. There is not a maximum mileage to drive. The average mileage is approximately 60-80 miles a day. Mileage is reimbursed weekly. Candidates must have at least 1 year of Home Health experience. First-time travelers are accepted if they are seasoned in home health. The position will involve covering various locations. Common patient types include those with chronic diseases, orthopedic conditions, falls, weaknesses, CHF, and COPD. Occasionally, patients recovering from strokes may be seen. Required skills include gait training, balance training, non-pharmaceutical pain management, and facilitating plans of care to help patients achieve their highest level of functioning. Good communication with the clinical team is essential. Candidates must be able to recognize signs and symptoms to prevent readmissions. Experience with Homecare Homebase is required for all specialties. Technology used includes EPIC Rover (view only) and Focura. Samsung Note 9 phones will be provided. The environment promotes teamwork among departmental leadership, schedulers, clinical managers, supervisors, and peers. There is no weekend rotation, no call, and no major holiday shifts. Requests for time off must be approved by the manager. The schedule cycle is every 13 weeks. Scrub color is grey. The department culture fosters a team environment.
