Bilingual English/Spanish is required. The Administrative Assistant will perform a wide range of clerical and administrative tasks including managing schedules, human resource activities, organizing documents, handling phone communications, assisting with executive duties, and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day office activities. They will also provide support to team members and contribute to the overall efficiency of the organization.QualificationsProficiency in administrative assistance and clerical skills, including organization, multitasking, and record-keeping.Fluent Bilingual English/Spanish required.Strong phone etiquette and communication skills, with the ability to professionally interact with internal and external contacts.Experience in executive administrative assistance, with proven ability to manage schedules and support operational decision-making.Strong attention to detail, reliability, and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with office software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and related technologies.Prior experience in an office or administrative role is preferred but not required.
