Job Title: SailPoint NERM (Non-Employee Risk Management) ConsultantLocation: [Remote]About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced SailPoint NERM (Non-Employee Risk Management) professional to lead the design, implementation, and support of our non-employee identity lifecycle and risk management program. In this role, you will work closely with Identity & Access Management (IAM), HR, Procurement, and Security teams to onboard, manage, and govern third-party and non-employee identities (contractors, vendors, partners, and other external users) using the SailPoint NERM platform (formerly SecZetta).Key ResponsibilitiesLead the implementation, configuration, and administration of SailPoint NERM, including profile types, lifecycle workflows, forms, and risk scoring modelsDesign and build non-employee onboarding, change, and offboarding workflows aligned with business and compliance requirementsConfigure collaboration portals for internal sponsors and external vendor administrators to manage non-employee populationsIntegrate SailPoint NERM with downstream systems such as SailPoint IdentityNow/ISC, IdentityIQ, Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, HRIS, and ITSM platforms using REST APIs and native connectorsDefine and implement identity proofing, risk assessment, and periodic validation/attestation processes for non-employee identitiesDevelop and maintain custom forms, notification templates, approval chains, and escalation rulesPartner with IAM architects to ensure NERM aligns with the broader identity governance strategy and Zero Trust initiativesCreate and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, runbooks, and standard operating proceduresTroubleshoot production issues, manage enhancements, and coordinate with SailPoint support as neededProvide knowledge transfer and training to internal administrators and business stakeholdersRequired Qualifications7+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint NERM (or SecZetta NE Profile) implementation and administration7+ years of overall Identity & Access Management (IAM) experienceStrong understanding of non-employee/third-party identity lifecycle management, risk scoring, and vendor risk conceptsExperience configuring NERM workflows, profile types, forms, roles, and portalsProficiency with REST APIs, JSON, and integrating NERM with identity governance platforms (IdentityNow/ISC or IdentityIQ)Experience integrating with directories (Active Directory, Entra ID) and HR/ITSM systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow)Solid grasp of IAM concepts: joiner/mover/leaver processes, access certification, RBAC, and least privilegeStrong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teamsPreferred QualificationsSailPoint certifications (NERM, IdentityNow/ISC, or IdentityIQ)Experience with SCIM, SSO/federation (SAML, OIDC), and MFA solutionsScripting experience (PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript) for automation and integrationsFamiliarity with compliance frameworks (SOX, HIPAA, NIST, ISO 27001) and third-party risk management (TPRM) programsExperience working in [industry - e.g., healthcare, financial services, energy] environmentsPrior consulting or client-facing delivery experienceEducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
