Job Description:Lead full-cycle recruiting for complex, high-impact rolesAct as a strategic partner to hiring leaders; shape search strategy, candidate profiles, and decision-makingElevate candidate quality through strong screening, calibration, and interview designDrive pipeline strategy and proactively solve for talent gapsIdentify inefficiencies in the recruiting process and lead improvements across workflows and toolsInfluence stakeholders to make timely, high-quality hiring decisionsMentor or guide other recruiters when needed (formally or informally)Use data to inform decisions and communicate progress to leadershipProvide timely communication and updates to ensure a positive candidate experienceHelp identify opportunities to improve and streamline the hiring processRequirements:Experience as a talent acquisition advisor within the clinical research, healthcare, technology environment requiredDemonstrated success with executing multi-factorial sourcing strategies requiredHands-on experience with Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter requiredExperience adopting AI to enhance workflows requiredDemonstrated success operating within ambiguous and evolving environmentsStrong influencing skills; you can guide decisions without direct authorityAble to anticipate needs and act without waiting for directionAbility to both lead and follow; you know when to drive and when to alignExceptional organization; can manage complexity without losing momentumHigh energy for people interaction.
