Senior Talent Acquisition Partner
Job Description:Lead end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.Provide timely updates to candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and professional communication.Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring activity and performance.Participate in employer branding initiatives, college/career fairs and recruitment marketing campaigns.Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.Requirements:A minimum of 10 years of recruiting experience with a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and work experienceDemonstrated experience recruiting top level engineering talent within U.S. government contracting or defense environmentProven success managing and prioritizing a high-volume requisition loadStrong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills at all organizational levelsDemonstrated ability to build trust, navigate complex dynamics, and adapt to changing prioritiesIndividual contributor who drives recruiting outcomes through collaboration and influence (no direct reports)Ensure compliance with OFCCP regulations, AAP requirements, Section 503, and VEVRAA documentation standards.Ability to travel occasionally.U.S. Citizenship required due to federal contract requirements.Benefits:Paid holidays, sick time, and unmetered vacationExcellent health and dental plans with 80% employer contribution4% company matching 401k plan with immediate vestingLife InsuranceLong-term / short term disabilityEducation assistance
