FitNetworks is looking for a versatile Network, Security & Systems Engineer to join our growing team. We serve clients in regulated industries where uptime, compliance, and proactive security aren’t just goals — they’re non-negotiable. If you bring a security-first mindset, a service-driven attitude, and real-world experience across Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, and network infrastructure — this could be a great fit.
✅ What You’ll Do:
- Design, implement, and support secure client networks (firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, site-to-site topologies)
- Administer Microsoft 365 tenants, including Entra ID, Conditional Access, Defender, and compliance tools
- Perform routine systems administration (updates, policies, configurations) across Windows and Azure platforms
- Monitor and respond to security alerts (Defender, SentinelOne, SIEM, etc.)Conduct vulnerability remediation and lead hardening initiatives
- Lead technical execution on client onboarding, migrations, and assessments
- Pitch in across the support team — including helpdesk and tickets that may fall outside your specialty
- Help shape SOPs, documentation, and internal standards to raise the bar across the team🧠 What You Bring5–10+ years of IT experience spanning systems, security, and network engineering
- Demonstrated success in MSP or multi-tenant environments supporting diverse clients
- Strong expertise in:
- Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Entra ID, Conditional Access)
- Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure administration
- Network design and security (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, Meraki, Fortinet, or Cisco)
- Endpoint security and SIEM platforms (Defender, Sentinel, etc.)A team-first attitude: willing to assist across tickets, even when it's "below your pay grade"A proactive mindset — you look for improvements, not just fixes
- Strong written and verbal communication for cross-functional collaboration🎓 Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have)
