Human Resources Director - Multi-Brand QSR (Sugar Land)

A leading quick-service restaurant franchise group operating more than 160 high-volume locations is seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to lead and scale HR operations across a large multi-unit restaurant organization. This role is ideal for a strategic HR leader with strong restaurant franchise experience who thrives in fast-paced, operationally driven environments.The Director of HR will oversee all human resources functions across the organization, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, training, leadership development, performance management, and workforce planning. This individual will partner closely with operations leadership to support continued growth, strengthen company culture, and drive organizational performance across multiple restaurant locations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all HR functions across a large multi-unit quick-service restaurant organizationPartner with executive and operations leadership to support business growth and operational goalsOversee recruiting, onboarding, retention, succession planning, and leadership development initiativesEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and HR policiesManage employee relations, investigations, corrective actions, and conflict resolutionDevelop and implement HR programs focused on engagement, culture, and performance improvementSupport restaurant operations with workforce planning and staffing strategies across multiple marketsOversee training and development programs for field leadership and restaurant teamsAnalyze HR metrics and workforce trends to improve operational effectiveness and retentionFoster a high-performance, people-focused culture throughout the organizationQualifications7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in restaurant, franchise, or multi-unit operations environmentsStrong background supporting high-volume quick-service restaurant operations preferredExperience supporting large-scale, multi-location workforces requiredDeep knowledge of HR compliance, labor laws, employee relations, and talent managementProven ability to partner effectively with operations leadership in fast-paced environmentsStrong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExperience building scalable HR systems and processes in growth-focused organizationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferredCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary: $140,000–$160,000Comprehensive benefits packageCareer growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding franchise organizationHigh-performance and collaborative leadership environment
