We welcome you to join us in our commitment to holistic wellness and personalized medicine. Position Summary As a Senior Human Resources Manager, you'll drive HR strategy, oversee daily operations, and shape the employee experience across the organization. You will balance both strategic vision and hands-on execution. You'll bring a strong foundation in employee relations, compliance, benefits, organizational development, and HR operations, with experience in healthcare, pharmacy, supply chain, or a similarly regulated industry. In this role, you are seasoned and strategic and will lead our HR function and serve as a key partner to executive leadership.Key Responsibilities HR Strategy and LeadershipServe as a strategic business partner to senior leadership, ensuring HR initiatives align with business goalsSupport the development and lead the execution of HR strategies across performance, employee engagement, culture, and workforce planningProvide guidance and contribute to the HR team, promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvementDevelop and maintain HR dashboards, KPIs, and reports to inform decision-making and measure impactEmployee Relations and ComplianceManage complex employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolutionEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO, etc.)Maintain and update company policies and procedures; provide training to managers and staff on policy applicationLead compliance audits and risk mitigation efforts, ensuring all HR practices meet legal and regulatory requirementsBenefits, Compensation, and Leave AdministrationSupport administration of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, retirement, wellness, and leave of absencePartner with Finance to develop and manage compensation structures that ensure internal equity and market competitivenessManage vendor relationships and evaluate benefit offerings to enhance employee satisfaction and cost-effectivenessMonitor and manage all types of employee leaves and accommodations in compliance with applicable lawsHR Operations and Systems Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data across HR systems and toolsSupport HRIS implementation and optimization initiatives to support data-driven HR operationsPartner cross-functionally with other departments including Clinical, Pharmacy, and Operations to deliver comprehensive HR supportEnsure consistency, compliance, and excellence in all aspects of the employee lifecycleConducting exit interviews and analyzing turnover data to recommend retention strategiesLeading or participating in wage and benefits benchmarking initiativesCoordinating with external vendors to deliver employee services, such as relocation, transportation, or employee wellness programsRepresenting the company in employment-related investigations, audits, or legal proceedingsOverseeing HR administrative functions, including recordkeeping, and reportingRequired Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field7+ years of progressive HR experience2+ years in leadership / people managementStrong background in employee relations, compliance, performance management, and benefits administrationIn-depth knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR regulatory requirementsProven ability to lead HR functions in high-growth, multi-site, or healthcare-related environmentsProficiency in HRIS systems such as ADP, Paylocity, Workday, or similar platformsExcellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skillsAbility to lead both strategically and tactically, balancing long-term planning with day-to-day executionPreferred Qualifications Master’s degree or SPHR/SHRM-SCP certificationWork Environment & Physical Requirements On-site, office-based positionFast-paced, collaborative environment supporting a growing pharmacy operationRegular interaction with cross-functional teams including operations, pharmacy, and leadershipPrimarily sedentary role with extended periods of sitting at a deskFrequent use of hands for typing, data entry, and computer-based workAbility to lift up to 15 lbs occasionallyVisual acuity required for working on a computer for extended periodsFeatured Benefits  Competitive salaryComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance401k with employer matchPaid Time OffEmployee Perks & DiscountsWhy Join ReviveRX? The best work happens when purpose meets opportunity.
